A jobless mum-of-two on Universal Credit has boasted she’s getting pregnant for extra Child Benefit from HMRC. Rhianon Elizabeth, from Leeds, previously admitted to being on Universal Credit from the Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ) to help her get by.

Rhianon said: “Two child benefit cap scrapped mate, watch this space, baby number three coming your way. Thank you taxpayers.” She said: “I do think this is great news because I don’t think kids should be penalised.”
