BEREA — Brock Purdy's last trip to Cleveland was an unpleasant one for the San Francisco 49ers quarterback.

The Week 6 game in 2023 was played on an overcast low-50s October afternoon. The weather wasn't as much an issue as the Browns ' defense was for Purdy, who hadn't won his first 10 career starts at that point.

What defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's unit did in what ended up a 19-17 Browns win was hold the quarterback to what is still a career-low 44.4% completion percentage (12-of-27), just 125 passing yards, forced his first career interception and sacked him three times.
