A house in Burlington that sold for $39.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Burlington County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 132 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $951,020, or $422 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $785K, single-family house at 33 Cranberry Court

A single-family home at 33 Cranberry Court in Medford, has been sold. The price was $785,000. The house was built in 2005 and has a living area of 2,323 square feet. The price per square foot was $338. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
