SAN ANTONIO — A family classic holiday tale will be brought to life on stage a second year in a row in the Polar Express: The Musical.
The production is being put on by the Children's Ballet of San Antonio and will take place at the iconic Charline McCombs Empire Theatre downtown. The show was sold out in its first year at the theater in 2024.
It is based on Chris Van Allsburg’s classic children’s book and will feature talented rising stars in the lead roles. The 90-minute production will also feature large dancing and singing numbers set to the award-winning songs of the 2004 film featuring Tom Hanks.
