Wales lock Dafydd Jenkins has been lauded for his remarkable individual performance in Exeter Chiefs' stunning comeback win at Sale Sharks on Friday night.

Jenkins grabbed the game by the throat, inspiring his side to overturn a 26-6 deficit to win 27-26. His heroics came a week after arguably his best performance in a Wales jersey against New Zealand.

The 22-year-old appears to be finally fulfilling the huge promise that has already seen him captain his country and win big admirers, including Warren Gatland who tipped him to become a British and Irish Lion.
