Florida running back Jaden Baugh became the first Gator to eclipse 1,000 rushing yards in 10 years.

After Baugh reached the milestone on a 5-yard carry against Florida State , his team quickly swarmed to congratulate him during a media timeout.

The last Gator to run for 1,000 yards was Kelvin Taylor, who did so back in 2015. Baugh is the 10 th Gator in program history to reach the milestone.

The sophomore is also just the third underclassmen all-time to reach the feat, which was previously accomplished by Errict Rhett and Emmitt Smith, both of whom are the only Gators to reach the milestone mark twice.
