ROCHESTER, Ill. (WAND) — Thousands of people are without power in Rochester according to Ameren.

The Ameren Illinois outage map shows two outages in Rochester affecting 2,430 customers.

The outage map says the outages started just after 6:00 p.m. No cause has been determined yet.
