INDIANAPOLIS – The Roncalli Royals landed the first punch from the line of scrimmage on Saturday night, but the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints delivered the 1-2 knockout in the fourth quarter inside Lucas Oil Stadium.

The fifth-ranked Royals (11-4) stormed out to early 7-0 and 10-3 leads during the IHSAA Class 4A state finals in downtown Indianapolis and set the tone with a game-opening, 79-yard run by senior Zach Dozier.
