BOWLING GREEN — A power-play goal by Quinn Emerson in the final minutes of regulation sent the Bowling Green State University hockey team to a 4-3 win over Princeton on Saturday.

The victory gave the Falcons a two-game home sweep of the Tigers.

Jackson Niedermayer got BG on the board less than four minutes into the game. After Princeton tied things up midway through the period, Brett Pfoh made it 2-1 Bowling Green late in the first.

The Tigers netted a pair of goals to begin the second period to take a 3-2 lead. But the Falcons earned a power play near the end of the period and capitalized when Tyler Hotson found the back of the net with just over a minute left to tie the game at 3.
