Meet Deborah Olivia Farmer
Deborah Olivia Farmer is an adoption advocate, author, and longtime champion for children in the foster care system. Her journey began decades ago, long before she became a mother herself.
“I was introduced to the foster care industry, back in the late 90s,” Farmer said. At the time, she was working in local television in Chicago and deeply involved in community service. What started as a desire to mentor, turned into a lifelong mission.
