Strictly Come Dancing star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey has reflected on his dancing journey

Strictly Come Dancing star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey has opened up on a huge "gift" in an emotional exit admission.

The Gladiators' favourite notably took part in this year's season of the hit BBC dancing competition, where he was partnered with the longest-serving professional, Karen Hauer. The pair soon found themselves in the dance-off during week seven, alongside La Voix and Aljaž Škorjanec.

Judges Shirley Ballas , Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke unanimously decided to save La Voix and Aljaž, meaning that Harry and Karen became the sixth couple to be eliminated from the competition.
