J-Pop singer Ayumi Hamasaki is currently doing a two-part Asia concert tour to celebrate her 25th anniversary since her debut. She was originally scheduled to perform in Shanghai on November 29th but concert organizers announced the day prior to the concert date that it was cancelled due to "force majeure" (i.e., common clause/contract language for not being able to fulfill contract obligations due to circumstances outside of the control of parties involved).
