North East house hunters are invited to special viewing events at an exclusive County Durham development. Miller Homes will be unveiling its Beauwood-style family home, at Seaham Garden Village, to visitors next month.

Taking place on Saturday, December 6 and 7, prospective buyers will be able to view the four-bedroom detached property, but they can also learn how to make buying a similar property more affordable. The Beauwood is one of the larger of Miller’s 375 properties on the site and the kitchen, the study/family room and two of the four double bedrooms are all dual aspect.
