Q: In the spirit of the holiday season that’s upon us, I hope you had a peaceful Thanksgiving Day. Let’s start this week with: What are you grateful for in the context of this year in politics?
Julie: I am very glad that we are about to have a new administration, led by a woman who will turn the page on much of the toxicity of the last eight years. I truly wish Gov.-elect Mikie Sherrill all the success in the world and will be rooting for her to succeed. We all should be.
