CLEVELAND — Jerome Ford will be active for the Browns when they play host to the San Francisco 49ers.
Ford, the fourth-year running back, was the only Browns player who was questionable coming into the game. He sustained a hamstring injury on Nov. 26 which caused him to miss one practice before returning Nov. 28/
The Browns had previously ruled out tight end Brenden Bates (ankle), defensive end Alex Wright (quad) and defensive tackle Adin Huntington (quad). They were three of the six players the Browns had inactive against San Francisco. Buy Cleveland Browns tickets
The healthy scratches for the Browns were all on offense. They were guard Zak Zinter, offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas and wide receiver Jamari Thrash.
