Teddy Swims has admitted to incorporating artificial intelligence tools into his music-making process.

The singer spoke at SXSW Sydney about AI, calling it a “truly amazing” and “super helpful” technology that he’s already used when writing music. In a specific instance, Swims explained that his producers in Los Angeles were able to use AI to change one of his lyrics.

“Rather than me going [to] the studio and doing the line 15 times and spending that time and money and effort, he’s actually been able to go in and just change the word,” Swims said. Related Video
