PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said it was investigating a shots fired incident that happened on Ocean Street on Nov. 28.

A victim told police that multiple people approached his vehicle around 11:30 p.m. and fired multiple shots.

There were no injuries, and bullet damage was found on the vehicle and a nearby residence.
