Liverpool secured a very important victory over West Ham United to end a barren run of three consecutive defeats by a three-goal margin. Goals from Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo saw Arne Slot's side leave London Stadium with all three points and move up to eighth in the Premier League table.
Manchester City, Nottingham Forest and PSV had all beaten the champions in November but the month has concluded with a positive result. Unexpected away victories from Brighton and Manchester United have prevented Liverpool from breaking into the top six.
However, that will be the first target over the next seven days with favourable fixtures against Sunderland and Leeds Unit
