CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns defensive tackle Maliek Collins, who already has a career high 6.5 sacks this season, was carted off in the second half of Sunday’s game against the 49ers.
Collins went down after a second-and-15 incompletion to wide receiver Jauan Jennings with 9:40 left in the third quarter.
He was ruled out with a knee injury.
A number of Browns and 49ers players were jawing at each other after the play while Collins was down and the cart came out.
