After a terrific start to the competition saw her championed as a 'potential winner' by some experts and fans, Alex Kingston is now out of Strictly Come Dancing . But her exit wasn't without its drama, as the judges were torn on who to send home.

One of the oldest contestants to take part in the hit BBC show this year, ER and Doctor Who actress Alex quickly forged a terrific partnership with Johannes Radebe, having made no secret of the fact that she wanted to be paired by the pro. They were one of the best couples in the opening weeks of Strictly 2025, with things then getting even better for them when Shirley Ballas gave their rumba a perfect 10 in week four.
