Colts vs Texans: Did officials miss PAT, delay of game, pass interference calls?

In the span of a few plays, the Indianapolis Colts fell behind by a touchdown against the Houston Texans in the fourth quarter as the game officials incurred the wrath of the Lucas Oil Stadium crowd.

On a third-and-15 play from the Colts' 25, Houston appeared to let the play clock hit :00, but no delay of game is called. C.J. Stroud passed to Xavier Hutchinson, and Colts cornerback Kenny Moore was called for pass interference.
