HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - “It’s always about the kids,” Asgard Motorcycle Club member Lil Joe Thompson said.

For 41 years, the Asgard Motorcycle Club has spread holiday joy by collecting toys during the Toy Run Charity Motorcycle Ride that will be wrapped and placed under Christmas trees across South Mississippi.

“Getting gifts to the kids is one of the big things about being in this motorcycle club, and it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to help kids that are a little less fortunate,” Thompson said. “Sometimes there’s kids out there that don’t get a toy, and we’re able to provide that for them and it’s a wonderful thing.”

More than 500 bikers came together to load trailers with thousands of toys and clothes, ensuring children across the Coast will have gifts.
