Homer, an 11-year-old, 14-pound terrier mix with serious health issues, has been missing since the early afternoon of Nov. 12. The people who love him are distraught, understandably, and doing everything they can to get him home.
The beloved companion animal of Isabelle and David Pinsky, Homer has liver disease and requires medication to control it. He also requires a special diet.
“He will die without his medication,” said Nancy Spilberg, Isabelle’s daughter and David’s stepdaughter.
And Homer has not had his medication since he ran out of David’s parked car near St-Kevin and Victoria Aves. on a snowy afternoon nearly three weeks ago, she said.
