KILLEEN, Texas — Twin Creek Drive will remain closed through at least Friday, Dec. 5, as crews continue repairs following significant damage from an overnight accident on Friday, Nov. 28, the city announced.

The closure affects the stretch of road between Creek Side Drive and Rickey Carlisle Circle. While power issues in the area have been resolved, work on damaged railroad equipment is still underway.

City officials said crews are working to restore the area “as quickly and safely as possible.”

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, expect delays and use alternate routes. Additional updates will be released as they become available.
