The Met Office has warned that 'heavy downpours and strong gusty winds' will hit Coventry and Warwickshire today. There are amber alerts for rain in parts of the country.
While there has not been one issued for our area, the latest local forecast warns the start of December is going to be wet and windy. But it will not feel as cold as of late.
The online forecast states: "A dull and wet day, as a weather system pushes northeastwards bringing widespread and prolonged outbreaks of rain, with heavy downpours and strong gusty winds likely, these worst felt in the west. Feeling mild compared to recent days. "
