The savage killer is infamous in Russia for the murder of his partner in 2018, a case that sent shockwaves throughout the Eastern European nation. ‌

At just 23, Luchin visited his 45-year-old partner Olga Budunova under the guise of celebrating International Women's Day, but the chilling murderer had far darker plans. ‌

Shortly after sharing a bottle of wine together, Luchin brutally attacked her with the bottle, killing her before meticulously dismembering her body with a meat cleaver.
