HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - After a chilly Thanksgiving weekend, cold temperatures continue.

DISCUSSION:

Temperatures at the beginning of the week will range from the low to mid-40s, with partly cloudy skies. Although the daytime hours on Monday will remain dry, there will be a chance of a wintry mix in the late evening, starting around 8 p.m., especially for the southern counties. Overnight, temperatures will drop, leading to the wintry mix. By 4 a.m. on Tuesday, we can expect a chance of wintry mix and snow until around 11 a.m. For the rest of Tuesday, there is only a slight chance of flurries in our Virginia counties.
