MOBERLY — There have been plenty of changes at Riley's Mobile Home Park in Moberly — but residents said they're not the good kind.

The park underwent a management change about a year ago, and residents said they have not been pleased with what they have experienced.

Bill Campbell, who has been a resident at Riley's for nearly 14 years, said he has seen it all.

"They just don't take care of it," Campbell said.
