Delays are being reported on the MBTA's Red Line on Monday morning due to a medical emergency at Ashmont Station.

The T said on social media around 7:30 a.m. that delays of 15 minutes should be expected due to a medical emergency. They did not say what the emergency involved.

In an update about 15 minutes later, the T said delays had increased to about 20 minutes.

No further details have been released.
