A developer intends to subdivide 2.11 acres along Southeast Evergreen Highway into nine large lots for single-family homes.

Plans submitted to the city of Vancouver in November show Vancouver-based GF Development LLC is leading the project.

The lot is vacant except for trees, shrubs and grasses. It sits between Evergreen Highway and state Highway 14, just west of Fisher Creek and north of the Columbia River. Tags Central Vancouver Columbia River Construction Development
