On Saturday, Diggs celebrated his 32nd birthday and received a unique birthday present from his girlfriend, Cardi B , that went viral on social media.

While Diggs’ play on the field for the Patriots has turned heads, off the field, his relationship with the popular hip-hop musician has caught attention as well.
