Even though Hollywood legend James Cameron has accomplished the impossible by using advanced technology to make his films, his latest comments on AI show that he isn't exactly all in when it comes to using it during productions. The director is known for pushing boundaries and even waiting until the right technology is created to make the impossible seem real. Avatar is a great example of this, but during this promotion of the third film in the sci-fi franchise, Cameron wants to make something clear: Generative AI is "horrifying," and he doesn't think it should replace real, breathing actors.
