Big girls, it is said, don’t cry. But there might be some tears of joy shed over this news.
Legendary singer Frankie Valli, who had numerous hits in the 1960s and ‘70s as the leading member of the vocal group The Four Seasons, is coming to Hershey.
Valli, 91, will perform with the latest rendition of the Four Seasons at the Hershey Theatre at 7:30 p.m. April 24.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.
The Four Seasons had 29 top 40 hits, including “Sherry” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Rag Doll,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” and “December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night).”
As a solo artist Valli had two number-one hits with “My Eyes Adored You” and “Grease,” the title song from the popular 1978 movie.
