UK announced the decision Monday morning following an eventful few days for the football program after a major loss to the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday.

Several UK students said it was time for Stoops to go.

Two students, Caden Helton and Gracie Cook, said they understand why this season was Stoops’ last.
