DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A man and a woman are accused of making and selling methamphetamine laced lollipops in Decatur.
Leon Neal and Stephanie Sellers were both charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Decatur police said in October they started an investigation into Neal for selling meth lollipops. A lollipop that was obtained by police was sent in for testing and confirmed to contain meth.
While conducting surveillance on Neal, officers said they found the vehicle he was known to drive and an address he frequented, 24 Ridgeway Dr.
Stephanie Sellers was the registered owner of the vehicle Neal was driving and listed as the lessee for the home on Ridgeway.
On November 20, officers stopped Neal as he was driving the vehicle and leaving the home. Officers got a warrant for both the h
