Sen. Mark Kelly is scheduled to discuss what he calls efforts by President Donald Trump and War Secretary Pete Hegseth to intimidate him amid the widening fallout of the administration’s military strikes on alleged drug couriers and a Democratic video urging the military to refuse illegal orders.

Kelly, D-Arizona, will face reporters in Washington on Dec. 1 as leaders of the Armed Services committees in both the House and Senate have indicated they plan to review the 21 strikes in international waters that have killed at least 83 people since September.
