Two motorcycle riders were identified after a shooting and a crash on Nov. 28 in south-central Phoenix.

Scott Kikes, 36, was identified as the victim who was killed in the shooting, said Sgt. Jen Zak, a Phoenix Police Department spokesperson.

Job Martinez, 53, was also killed and was a suspect in the shooting, Zak said.
