US Weekly exclusively reports that Todd Tucker, 52, is requesting full custody of his and RHOA alum Kandi Burruss’ two children.

On Wednesday, November 26, Tucker filed a response to the divorce petition that Burruss filed. He said their two children are currently with him in Georgia, while Burruss, 49, is working out of state.

Tucker said that Burruss’ work obligations, “will continue to require her to be away from the children for at least the next several months,” so that’s why he wants full custody.

Tucker is also contesting the prenup.
