What you need to know about the four arrests for drink and drug driving

Four different people were arrested this morning after a series of reports of drunk and drug driving across Liverpool. One incident took place at around 2am on Monday, December 1 when officers received a report concerning a man suspected of driving under the influence near the Wood Street area.

A police pursuit took place in the early hours of a Monday morning through the Liverpool city centre. Following a short chase, the vehicle ultimately crashed into a lamppost and a wall on Argyle Street, which is located just off Paradise Street in the city centre.
