On the morning of Thanksgiving Day, a freight train passing through Flagstaff collided with a camp trailer stopped on the railroad crossing at Ponderosa Parkway. The trailer itself was destroyed, but the driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer was unharmed.
“A pickup truck with a trailer attached became stuck on the tracks when a second train approached and struck the trailer,” the Flagstaff Fire Department stated in a post on Facebook about the incident. “The vehicle was occupied at the time, but we’re grateful to report there were no injuries.” Copy article link Sign up for our newsletters
