ROCKFORD, Ill. — Nik’s Wish, the nonprofit that brings joy and hope to young adults battling cancer, celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, community open house, and an emotional surprise wish reveal.

The new office sits at 3430 Lonergran Drive in Rockford, where city leaders, supporters, and community members gathered to tour the space and learn more about the foundation’s mission.

One of Tuesday afternoon’s most memorable moments came during a surprise wish reveal for Grant , a young adult cancer patient from Loves Park. His wish is to attend a Chicago Bulls home game with his family from a penthouse suite, and it was officially granted!
