Former President of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernández was released from a prison in West Virginia after President Trump pardoned him. He was sentenced last year after being found guilty of helping drug traffickers bring 400 tons of cocaine into the U.S. Hernandez had written Trump a letter saying, "Just as you, President Trump, I have suffered political persecution, targeted by the Biden-Harris administration, not for any wrongdoing, but for political reasons."
