1Man arrested after stabbing during argument in Northeast DC
WASHINGTON, DC — A man who allegedly pulled a knife during a dispute and stabbed another individual in Northeast Washington was arrested two days later at the scene of the crime, according to police.
The incident happened on Wednesday, November 26, around 6:25 p.m., in the 1600 block of Kenilworth Avenue. Sixth District officers arrived to find an adult male suffering from a stab wound. DC Fire and EMS responded, and the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say the stabbing followed an argument between others, during which the suspect reportedly intervened, produced a knife, and stabbed the victim.
