Death penalty phase underway for man who pleaded guilty in fatally shooting Hollywood police officer

Jason Banegas, 22, changed his plea from not guilty to guilty in the shooting death of 28-year-old Officer Yandy Chirino. A jury will now decide if Benegas will face the death penalty in the case, officials said.
