KENNEWICK, Wash. – Officers with the Kennewick Police Department (KPD) responded to a loitering complaint in the 600 block of N Everett St, where an RV's occupants were reportedly using a business's electricity without permission.

Upon arrival, KPD said officers attempted to contact the RV's occupants, who were initially uncooperative.

Eventually, officers managed to get three individuals out of the RV.

All three were arrested on multiple charges, including theft, obstructing a public servant, resisting arrest and active warrants.
