LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Clouds have cleared across SWLA for the most part and that means it will be colder overnight.

Wednesday morning will be several degrees colder than Tuesday with frost possible in areas north of I-10. Clouds will return late Wednesday into Wednesday night and eventually rain will return as well.

Thursday and Friday are likely to bring a couple of rounds of widespread rain to SWLA very similar to what we saw Monday. Temperatures may be a cool Thursday though it will turn even cooler by Friday.
