Following the cancellation of NBC's Suits LA , Josh McDermitt has now set his next major television role. McDermitt was an important member of the Suits LA cast in his role as criminal defense lawyer Stuart Lane.

According to Deadline , McDermitt has now been cast for a significant recurring role in Fire Country season 4. He will make his debut on the CBS drama in season 4, episode 7, which will air on Friday, December 5.

McDermitt is playing Landon, who is "quietly upset and meek on the surface." He is the partner of Chloe (Alona Tal) and a father figure to her son, Tyler (Conor Sherry).
