Strictly Come Dancing's Katya Jones has addressed allegations of "cheating" after viewers suggested she gave her partner a "secret signal" during the live show on Saturday (November 29).

The evening introduced a new segment called the Instant Dance Challenge, where the celebrities were only informed of their dance style, song, and costume just moments before they had to perform.

With no time to plan their routine, the contestants had to quickly change outfits and then had a mere ten seconds to strategise once they hit the dance floor.
