ROCHESTER, Minn.-Austin James Garlington, a 25-year-old from Ruffin, South Carolina has been charged by Olmsted County with one county of felony threats of violence and two counts of harassment for threatening phone call he made to the City of Rochester on Aug. 27.
According to the criminal complaint, Garlington made a call to the city attorney's office and made the following threat:
"If you f***ers arrest Shiloh Hendrix, I swear to f***ing God, I will travel to your f***ing state and I will start murdering every last one of you! Sometimes, the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of f***ing patriots. Is that what you f***ing want you sons of b****s?"
The complaint says he could face a maximum of 5 years jail or a $10,000 fine for the threats of violence and 364 days in jail o
