INDIANAPOLIS — Tuesday's game between Butler and Eastern Michigan has gotten more and more chippy as its progressed.
As tensions began to rise in the second half, Bulldogs freshman Azavier "Stink" Robinson was hit with a flagrant 2 foul on a block attempt and was ejected from the game.
The foul came with 9 minutes, 28 seconds left in the game. Addison Patterson got the ball on a breakaway. As he elevated for the dunk, Robinson went up to contest the shot. Patterson made the dunk, and the players went tumbling to the ground. Patterson flexed at the camera, but neither player seemed to make any type of hostile gestures toward each other.
